Help Us Strengthen & Multiply

We need support to care for and multiply ANiC from coast to coast.

As a continent-wide family of churches our wonderful congregations provide much of the support needed for the life and care of our diocese. But we also greatly desire to multiply and grow by teaching and training a new generation of leaders and planting more churches across the country. To multiply and grow we need ongoing support and donations from people like you.

Give to Care for and strengthen the Diocese

We are currently one of the largest geographic Anglican dioceses in the world and the ongoing work of caring for it includes:

• shepherding, training and caring for our leaders through the work of our bishops and archdeacons from coast to coast, 

• efficiently supporting our local churches through the work of our staff, council and other teams, 

• welcoming new congregations eager to join us,

• and effectively representing ANiC worldwide in our province, Gafcon and the global Anglican communion.

Give to Multiply for Mission

As a diocese we are not content to simply maintain who we are, but we want to grow and multiply. The good news of Jesus Christ is meant to be shared high and low, and all Christians are commissioned by Jesus himself to proclaim the gospel to all creation (Mark 16:15) and make disciples (Matthew 28:19).

As well as supporting our current Biblically-faithful, Gospel-sharing churches, we have three diocesan initiatives to help cultivate the multiplication of such churches: 

• theological training through Packer College, 

• hands-on parish ministry training for new clergy through our Curacy Program, 

• and the planting of new churches through our Church Planting priority. 

We believe these three initiatives can work together to create an excellent pathway for producing new generations of leaders who can plant new generations of churches, and as a diocese we can truly multiply for mission as we seek to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to every corner of Canada. 

But for the work of these initiatives we need financial giving beyond the wonderful, consistent support of our congregations. We need further generosity and support from churches and individuals to sow into these multiplying efforts. Will you consider giving towards our Multiply for Mission fund, that we might cultivate further growth and multiplication across the diocese? There are no gifts too big or too small, but the commitment of monthly support is especially valuable as we seek to support young leaders and church plants.

How to Give

Give to our two funds below:

• General Fund - which goes primarily towards the care and support of the diocese through the work of our bishops, staff and council.

• Multiply for Mission Fund - which goes towards our initiatives to cultivate new leaders and churches such as Packer College, the Curacy Program and Church Planting.
