The Reverend Anna Spray

Since she joined the diocese over 11 years ago, Anna has served on the pastoral team at The Table Church in Victoria BC, sharing the preaching and pastoral duties for their downtown congregation. Previous to this appointment, she served in the Anglican Church of Canada in the diocese of Toronto, first at Church of the Resurrection and then at St Bride’s Clarkson. Anna moved to Toronto in 2006 after completing her MDiv degree at Regent College, which was where she met her husband.

She first received a call to ministry in her teens, serving on staff at her local diocesan camp and working in youth ministry at her home parish for over 5 years.

Anna and her husband own and operate a web communications company and joyfully parent their two girls.

She has served the diocese on the Ordination Taskforce and as program director for the Increase conference ministry, which aimed to provide training and connection for new ordinands and those discerning a call to ministry. Anna is excited to see more women and men trained up to serve Christ and His Church.
