Archbishop Foley Preaches at Saint Matthew's

Did you know that while he was in British Columbia for the consecration of Bishop Dan Gifford on Sunday, February 6, 2022, Archbishop Foley Beach also preached at our church Saint Matthew’s Abbotsford earlier that morning? You can watch the whole service here:

During the service Archbishop Foley also announced on behalf of our Diocesan Bishop Charlie, Bishop Dan Gifford and our House of Bishops, that Canon Mike Stewart, rector of Saint Matthew’s, has been made the new ANiC archdeacon for the Fraser Valley and Vancouver area, taking over from Bishop Dan in that role. We thank God for Archdeacon Mike.
